Treasurer's Report
Mike gave the finance report and reviewed the 2007/08 Budget Plan. A motion to accept the budget was seconded and passed.
PTA/KEF
- Principal - Judy Sanders reported that the school year is opening smoothly.
- Teacher - Tony Link inquired about the up-coming work party's scope of work (bulletin boards, garden boxes, etc.). She agreed to keep and prioritize an on-going list of proposed projects.

PTA meeting, including
- outdoor supervision
- teacher injury support
- neighborhood school portable
- budget approval
- room parent meeting schedule
- Safety Coordinator position needs to be filled
Old Business
Jim Thomsen volunteered to resolve BBQ cover issue, and will work on the Bylaws.
John Cain has volunteered to work on school garden issues.
Pending Activities
Sept 20 - Back to School Night
Sept 22 - Work Party (Participants are eligible for free Dad's Club T-shirt after 1 hour of work service)
Oct 27 - Movie Night with PTA
Nov 11 - Garden Party (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Sign-up sheets were circulated, and members volunteered for work commitments.
