KEF Fall Pledge Drive

The KEF raises funds to improve the quality of the education at our school by providing enrichment programs.  Since the school district cannot provide all the programs that are vital to a great elementary education, we ask that the families at Kensington Hilltop Elementary School contribute to the KEF to support these enrichment programs that benefit our children’s education.

What programs does KEF support?

● Computer Laboratory ● Math Club

● Physical Education ● Read Naturally

● Science Laboratory ● School Library

● Spectra Art ● Vocal Music

● Classroom supplies & materials

This year KEF plans to spend $275,000 on these programs.

Last year’s fall pledge brought in nearly $80,000 thanks to the generosity of our parent community.  BUT, that money came from just 60% of our families.  This year, we are asking everyone to contribute, no matter how much.  If the remaining 40% of families were able to contribute between $25 and $100 for each child, that would have brought in an additional $5,000 to $20,000.  We know that family budgets are tight, but every gift, no matter the size, goes directly towards these worthwhile programs.  Every dollar counts.
