Ocean Week

... is coming up and we need volunteers to help with the Ocean Creatures Festivals on Monday, June 1 (grades 1-3) and Thursday, June 4 (grades 4-6).

Volunteers will help with "stations" while the students move around the room. We need 14 volunteers for each time slot. You are welcome to stay for multiple slots, but we need a commitment for at least 90 minutes from each volunteer. You will be trained when you arrive.

The Graduation Ceremony

• is held on Saturday, June 6th,
• in the amphitheatre behind the Youth Hut, which is at the Kensington Community Center, uphill from the Kensington Library on the Arlington.
• The ceremony starts at 5:00 pm, graduates need to arrive at 4:30 (no later than 4:40) to be lined up in alphabetical order.

LAST CHANCE YEARBOOK
Yearbooks have arrived and will be distributed on Monday, June 8.  We have a very limited amount of extras which we will be selling for $25 each (cash or check made payable to "KEF 6th Grade Fund") after school on Mon, June 8 and Tuesday, June 9  at the front of the school and in the yard near the MPR.   First come - first served!  Any questions, contact Nette 4nette@comcast.net.

KCC Summer Camp begins on Monday, June 15, and continues through Friday, August 21.
