It's finally that time!  We are beginning our study of tropical rainforests next week.  We'll be learning about the plants, animals, layers, and climate of the rainforest.  Anyone who has visited a rainforest is very welcome to come and talk with the class about your experiences.  Also, if you have any tropical plants that your are willing to let us borrow, please let me know.

    In math, we're beginning double digit subtraction.  The students  all seem to be doing quite well in addition, so I have high hopes for subtraction!
